About the Role
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to own our infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. You'll build and maintain the systems that enable fast, reliable delivery of our AI-powered manufacturing platform, from developer experience to production monitoring.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for Elixir, Python, and C# components
- Manage Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS, including Karpenter-based autoscaling and multi-workload scheduling
- Build and maintain Docker images for multiple environments (Elixir, Python AI nodes CPU/GPU, dev containers)
- Manage AWS infrastructure: EKS, ECR, RDS, S3, KMS, WAF, CloudFront, Secrets Manager
- Support GovCloud deployments under ITAR constraints
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability (Datadog/OpenTelemetry, Sentry)
- Manage security tooling: GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub, SOC 2 compliance infrastructure
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience
- Experience with Karpenter, Argo CD, Helm
- Strong AWS experience: EKS, ECR, S3, RDS, IAM, networking
- Experience with Kubernetes in production
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Docker expertise: multi-stage builds, image optimization, registry management
- US citizenship or Green Card required
- Linux systems administration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS GovCloud
- SOC 2 or ITAR compliance experience
